What is a bounce house/inflatable?

A bounce house/inflatable is a temporary inflated structure made of vinyl that is used for recreational purposes, usually for children.

What is a combo?
A combo is an inflatable that has a combination of attractions. Our combos are bounce houses with slides.

Are inflatables safe?
Yes. There is an inherent risk of injury when playing on an inflatable and participation brings both known and unknown risks to you and your guests. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding that could result in injury. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times when the inflatable is in your care. Please follow our Safety rules!


Is your equipment clean?
Yes. All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.

How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party date for best selection. Please place your order as soon as your date is secured.

How can I pay for my reservation?
Balance can be paid in cash, debit or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 5% fee is added.


How long is the rental?
Rental time ranges from 1-6 hours. You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up time. Rentals are for jumping time only. If an exact drop off and pick up time is needed just let us know.

Can I keep the inflatable overnight?
Yes. The inflatable must be set up in a backyard or area that is fenced and locked up. There will be an additional charge for this service. East valley bounce reserves the right to cancel the overnight portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.

How many children can fit inside an inflatable?
Between 2 and 10 children can play safely at one time inside an inflatable. Slides can have only 1 rider at a time. Please do not play in the pool while others are using the slide. The inflatables come in several sizes and the amount of children that can play at one time varies depending upon the age group of the children using it. To prevent any injuries, we suggest having similar aged children jumping at the same time.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver all over the Phoenix East Valley area including Central Phoenix, East Phoenix, South Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Guadalupe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. Delivery fee applies to any order outside of the East Valley delivery area.


Do you charge for delivery?
There is no delivery charge for orders including an inflatable delivered to the east valley. If the order does not have an inflatable there is a delivery fee for tables, chairs, linens, concessions and games depending on the city. Please call for delivery pricing.

Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes. Please call to discuss your event details.

Can we pick up the inflatable & set up ourselves?
East valley bounce staff must deliver, set up, and take down the inflatable as required by our insurance carrier. Please do not attempt to move the inflatable once it is secured to the ground.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We can provide proof of insurance if requested.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes. We are an approved vendor for most east valley city parks. Many parks do require an inflatable permit for your event so please check with your local parks and recreation office to inquire about site reservations. Additional $50 fee applies for park reservations.

How much room do you need to bring the inflatable in?
We will bring the inflatable rolled up on a dolly and will need at least an opening of 42 inches.

What type of surface do you need to set up on?
Surface needs to be a flat space free of debris. Please pick up animal droppings before we arrive. We do not set up on dirt, mud or sand. We can set up on live grass, gravel, pavers, concrete or asphalt.

Does the blower need electricity? How much does it use?
Yes. We will bring a 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need a standard 110v outlet near the set up area. If the set up location is further away, please let us know at booking. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 13 cents of electricity per hour.

How long does it take to set up?
Set up usually takes approximately 15-30 minutes for most equipment.

Do you set up tables and chairs?
Tables and chairs will be delivered in a stack near the area that you will be setting them up. We recommend unfolding and placing tables first and then placing chairs at each table. Set up is available for an additional fee.

What about rain or wind?
Inflatables can not be used in the rain or high winds. If it begins to rain or winds exceed 15 mph, immediately deflate the inflatable and do not use. We will call you the day of your rental to discuss rain or wind concerns. There are no charges if the order is cancelled before your scheduled drop off time. If weather conditions change after setup, no refunds will be granted.


Can you provide an attendant to supervise the inflatable?
Yes. Please call for pricing.


Can we use silly string on the inflatable?
No! Silly string ruins vinyl. A minimum $100 fee will apply if silly string is found on the inflatable.


Is there a cleaning fee?

There will be a cleaning fee of $50 for any food, drink, candy or gum found inside the inflatable.
